IPA stands for India pale ale, a hoppy beer style that’s part of the pale ale category. IPAs are known for their hop flavors and aromas, as well as citrus and fruit notes. They typically have a higher ABV than other beers, averaging 7–10%, but session IPAs are closer to 4–5%.
To taste bourbon, select a quality pour, note its color, inhale its aromas deeply, sip slowly, savoring flavors of caramel, oak, and spice, and appreciate the lingering warmth in the finish.
